I don't know how much more of the pre Oscar stuff on E! I'll be watching because of the annoying factor of the two lady correspondents. Someone gag them please, they've had too much Red Bull. Maybe I'll tune in and out.

Running commentary (maybe... as I see fit and as I can run back in here and do it)

6pm: There is action on the red carpet now!

THAT is Jennifer Grey?! I did NOT recognize her at ALL. MAJOR face work, even beyond nose job. It's a shame. I thought she had distinctive looks before. So much for hacking up your face to get more jobs. *sigh*

HUGE break in tradition. It was just mentioned that in lieu of showing clips from the nominees (actor, actress, supporting) they'll have past winners do the announcing and then award it. I want the clips! It's all about the Oscar Clip dammit! I don't know if I'll like this turn of events. We'll see.

The adorable Slumdog Millionaire children! They flew them in to L.A. for this, they'd never been on a plane before. SO cool they are there and they're adorable and having the time of their lives. SO CUTE.

Now I'm off. Too hard running back and forth here. LOL! Barbara Walters is interviewing Anne Hathaway and Mickey Rourke at 7 then we get into more red carpet then the show. See you on the flip side.
