Perfect albums.
Top Five On Friday @ The Music Memoirs
Top 5 "Perfect" albums (albums that you can play all the way through without skipping a track)
1. Revolver - The Beatles.
There isn't a track on this that isn't completely wonderful. It's my idea of *the* Beatles album, and my absolute favorite, with Abbey Road on it's heels. Get the UK version!
2. Led Zeppelin IV - Led Zeppelin.
I had a hard time choosing between this one and Led Zep II (aka "The Brown Bomber"), but this one won out by a hair. It's pretty darn near flawless.
3. Pet Sounds - The Beach Boys.
The love I have for this album. It's got "Wouldn't It Be Nice" and "God Only Knows". That alone makes it perfect! Seriously, you need to listen to this if you haven't yet.
4. Court and Spark - Joni Mitchell.
It's amazing and you have to have this in your collection if you don't.
5. Violator - Depeche Mode.
I don't skip a single track. When I put this on, I have to hear it all. I fell in love with it when it was released, and am still in love with it.
