LOL I was just looking at the "Paul Is Dead" tag on tumblr. As I've mentioned, it's my favorite urban legend. And it made me laugh how many people actually believe this crap. Granted I think these are young people just being introduced to the whole thing, but for real now. Come on. *shakes head* It's just silly. And they're SERIOUS about it, and everything!

In addendum to the last entry I made about PID, where I posted the documentary "Paul McCartney Really Is Dead: The Last Testament of George Harrison", it's on Netflix Instant and available to rent on Amazon Instant Video ($3.99) if you're morbidly interested in seeing it. As pointed out in that post, inaccuracies abound. But it's entertaining and gave me a giggle.

Oh yes. There are MANY that do. They are convinced that Linda didn't marry PAUL, she fell in love and marred FAUL (fake Paul). And! She was paid handsomely as well as threatened to keep the secret, since she would have to have been told or find out / know about it.

I mean I love the whole theory, because it lends itself to some great creepy, and and if you really want to believe something I guess you end up doing so. Some of the stuff is really just shudder inducing and gets you thinking. But if you just look at it objectively, it can't make sense at ALL.

The biggest hole being "why?" What would be the point of it anyway? It's not like he would be heir to the throne where they'd need someone to step in. It makes no sense, as you said!
