YES!!!!

God, I hate that. You can tell that people who use that construction don't ever read because if they did, they would know it's not right. They'd have seen the correct construction while reading books.

oh my god I hate this. ;A; and my girlfriend does it A LOT and I have to try so hard not to be a bitch. |D I just keep pointedly using the correct way and hope it might sink in... (she also does things like using "loose" when she means "lose" adlkjagfds /writhes)
