Note about Stephen King's "Cell"

I'm in the middle of it right now. Then I start "Lisey's Story". Okay. About "Cell". I FREAKING LOVE IT. It's Steve being his bloody, masterful self. But one thing, to those people who keep saying this:
They aren't ZOMBIES! Are they? Really? I mean Zombies are... the dead come back to life. Right? These people weren't dead to begin with. They were perfectly normal, alive people who became that way after The Pulse... answering their cells. So how can they be Zombies? I mean, they ACT like Zombies, don't they? But I don't think I'd call them that.
And shit, son. *blinks, stares at her now ringing cell phone* I've been skittish about that thing since I started this novel. Thanks, Steve. LOL!
Hearing about a major motion picture adaptation for later this year, directed by Eli Roth. I hope it's good. Because with Stephen's stuff it's hit or miss, and really depends on the script, actors, and directors. I hope they just don't make it another George Romero-esque Zombie fest (THEY AREN'T ZOMBIES!) with a cell phone twist. Eugh. No. *shakes head* I'm hopeful.
In other news, I've spruced up my journal. Have a looksee if you want.
