I believe only Arizona (excluding the Navajo Nation which does) here in the mainland United States is the only state that does not utilize DST. Other than that I know Hawaii does not but am not sure about any others. Puerto Rico, maybe? I remember parts of Indiana growing up that did not do it, but the entire state does now as of the past two or three years at any rate.
