Your legs got nothing to do.
Some machine doing that for you.


In the year 6565

You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too.

Maybe he'll look around himself and say.

Guess it's time for the judgment day.

This song played today, and I hadn't heard it in a good long while. I remembered how it always made me feel scared about the future and what it might hold. It's a very bleak and dystopian view.

The song was released in 1969 and became Zager and Evans' only really big hit. Pretty forward thinking for then. Talks about test tube babies, robots and technology.
