Moving saga continues...
Feb. 23rd, 2006 04:12 pm*Got the keys today. We now have posession of the new apartment.
*I took tomorrow and Saturday as vacation days, and my regular days off Sunday and Monday. My manager knew I was moving and I told him apologizing it was so rush rush and last minute. He was cool about it, however I could tell he was pouty and not completely happy. I can understand that. Number one, we're in the middle of the cosmetics wall reset, which is a BEAR. It's a pain right in the ass. I am ready to scream. Number two, truck day Saturday. Oh well. Not much I can do about that. I fully expected to have plenty of notice moving wise, but this all came up so suddenly.
*Moving van comes on Monday morning to get the furniture and what we didn't take over ourselves. We're starting tomorrow to take things over.
*Cable / internet service will be turned OFF this weekend. I believe Saturday if I heard my dad right. Will be back by Tuesday from the new place. By the time I get home from work. So yeah, you won't be hearing from me this weekend online.
*My phone number and carrier will change. I'm dumping MCI and going back to Bell South. If you want the new home phone number when I get it just leave an email at polly(dot)weifenbach(at)gmail(dot)com and I'll surely give it to you. Same goes for my cell if you want that.
