The summer's final hurrah edition:
You are in charge of the music for the Labor Day Picnic, what tunes do you bring along that will keep everyone happy.
My iPod has almost everything off my playlist, so it's pretty eclectic and ranges a ton of genres already. I have stuff that would just about appeal to my whole family and most of my friends. And I'd also welcome other people's iPods or CDs too and let them take a turn playing DJ.
Labor Day means the beginning of a rush of new CDs that the recording industry hopes will make it into your homes now or for Christmas. What ones are you looking forward to?
Genesis has their Turn It On Again Tour Live CD coming out on 9/11, so since I couldn't make the tour I just maaaaay have to check the CD out.
New Foo Fighters (Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace) on 9/25!
And Pink Floyd Fans!! Piper at the Gates of Dawn (40th Anniversary) re release on Sept. 4!!
