AP - COLUMBIA, S.C. — A hospital spokeswoman says former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and a popular club disc jockey have been critically injured in a Learjet crash in South Carolina that killed four people.

Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen says the plane carrying six people was departing shortly before midnight Friday when air traffic controllers reporting seeing sparks. She says the plane went off the runway and crashed on a nearby road.

Hospital spokeswoman Beth Frits says Barker and DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, were at a burn center in Augusta, Ga.

Federal officials say two crew members and two passengers have been killed.

==============================

Okay I am quite neutral about Travis and AM but this is horrible and I will be hoping for the best for them and their families.

And I'm reading ONTD and getting all kinds of wild things... like that Dave Navarro was also on board with Perry Farrell. This is nuts. I've always maintained that those small private planes are flying coffins, really. I'm scared to death of them. Nothing has been issued yet but that the dead consist of three males and a female.

ETA

Perry Farrell was not on the plane, neither was Dave Navarro. If you want to keep up with the latest, read this ongoing post / comments on ONTD

It's almost that time again, time for me to gather up the other girls and head up to Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens in Tampa. Due to tropical weather activity last year, the weekend we planned to go we never did make it up there so I intend to do it this year.

This year the theme centers around the freaky Raven Twins.

Houses this year:

After Hours - Club Muse is back this year.

Trapped In The Walls - Another good one that's back again.

13: Eat Your Heart Out - This is around a torture theme.

Taste of Blood - Vampire theme.

Death Row : Vengeance - Death Row inmates.

Reconstruction : The Doctor is IN - And he's putting humans back together in very different ways.

Scare Zones:

Wicked Woods
Eternal Midnight
Zombie Junction

And of course there are always the Roaming Hordes and you never know when they'll pop up. As well, the shows are fun. As always you can get VIP passes and full tours if you choose, and jump all the queues.

These houses get more intense and sicker every year. Haha! I highly recommend it if you're near any Busch Gardens... Tampa, Williamsburg or San Antonio, any weekend during October. Plus it's always a blast riding the roller coasters at night. I would NOT take children to the haunted houses or some scare zones, this is way too intense for them. I mean, you can but I'm not sure what the policy is about the haunted houses, I think they only let over 18 go in them. There ARE child friendly areas like a Pumpkin Patch and play zone, monster free zones too if you have little 'uns you have to take in with you. They'll do face painting and etc..

Themes are different at each Busch Gardens location.

Although.... Universal Studios Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights looks like it might have Howl O Scream beat this year. Freaky "Reflection Of Fear" twisted fairy tales theme. Ah decisions! Which should we do ? Which would you do? Raven Twins or Bloody Mary? Hmmmmm...
