My pick: Sean Penn in Milk. But I think it's going to be really hard to call here, because lots of people want Mickey Rourke to get this one. ARGH! And no Leo DiCaprio for Revolutionary Road?! :p Brad was good but oh come on LEO!!!!!!!!

My pick: Heath. I just really think they'll do this. Love me some RDJ but that nomination is so random.

Kate Winslet - The Reader

My pick: Meryl. She's the Academy Award warhorse. Won twice, nominated a ton. I love her. However, I'd love more than anything for Kate to get this.

My pick: Taraji P Henson for Benjamin Button. Hers is a role that got expanded from the F Scott Fitzgerald book. Queenie started out as Benjamin's nanny, but in the film became his surrogate mother. Her performance was completely wonderful.

My pick: Danny Boyle for Slumdog Millionaire. I have this between him and Gus Van Sant though I'd love to see Fincher get it for Button. I don't know, this is a hard one, I'll get back to you. LOL!
