It's been a long and tiring one, but I got alot accomplished at work which always makes me feel good. Caught up! Yay!!

I've been engrossed in the playoffs and was hoping for a Cubs/Sox series, but it didn't happen. I'm a Chicago girl at heart even though I live in Florida. I grew up around there, so I lurves me Cubbies. They did me proud anyway. I guess it's root, root, root for the home team now so I wish the Marlins luck and hope they do well against the Yankees.

This week's Photo Friday entry can be seen here.

This week's Weekly Wrapup...

1. Describe how much you agree or disagree with the idea that journals and blogs are a way to "save" your life?

I think it depends on what and how much the writer decides to share. You definitely get a feel for a person, and little "snapshots" of their day to day life, likes, dislikes, opinions on current events, etc... but as a way to "save" a life, no. My paper journals are for that. They are way more in depth and bare more of my soul.

2. How often you you reference other blog entries you've written? How often do you link to those blog entries as documentation of your history? How often do you ping (if your blogging software has that capability) your own entries?

Not unless it's necessary to avoid having to re explain something. I suppose it pings automatically. I'm not sure.

3. How many entries does your blog have? What are the top two topics you most frequently write about? The bottom two?

My journal has 357 entries. Me... what's going on in my life and my current obsessions. And yes, these damn memes! Haha! The bottom two would probably be random brain dumps and my past unless it's something relevant.

4. Have you ever rebooted your blog to erase your previous online life? If so, why? If not, under what circumstances would you ever consider it?

No. I have never seen any reason to need to do that. Nor do I in the foreseeable future. The entries that I feel need to be are friends only anyway, and only those I allow to see them (by being on my friends list) do anyway.

5. Share a blog that you best feels "saves" someone's life? Why did you pick it?

Every single journal on my friends list shows little snapshots, bits and pieces of people's lives... glimpses if you will. I can't pick a single one out. I'm priveleged to be able to share them all.

And this week's Friday Five:

1. Name five things in your refrigerator.

A bottle of Chardonnay, peanut butter, baby carrots and mixed cut fresh veggies to go with the ranch veggie dip I made, chicken thawing for tonight's dinner, white grapes, a half gallon of milk.

2. Name five things in your freezer.

Taquitos, ice, frozen strawberries, minute steaks, ice cream.

3. Name five things under your kitchen sink.

Drano, a bottle of Clorox, sponges, Windex,Cascade diswashing powder.

4. Name five things around your computer.

Papers, books, CDs, photos, my printer and scanner.

5. Name five things in your medicine cabinet.

Band Aids, Tylenol Sinus, Excedrin Migraine, cough drops, tweezers.

Now... off to indulge in a glass of that Chardonnay I mentioned and relax a bit before dinner. Later! <3
