hippie_chickNot going to LotR:RotK until probably Saturday or Sunday now, *if* I can get tickets. I had that opportunity to go last night and didn't since I had to work early this morning.
Just finished up the last of my Christmas shopping. Bought alot online too so that helped. Stuff is starting to arrive which is good news. Woot!
Spent two days this week having to help in the Photo Lab. We had Maria in there, but there is absolutely no way that one person can run the lab *and* deal with people walking up to the the counter every 15 seconds. I basically ran the lab while she manned the counter. And oh but of course people were bitching because "It *says* One Hour!" UGH! Do you *see* all this work back here? Now you either want it back in the morning or later tomorrow afternoon, or beat it. Really.
We had a nightmare day Monday in there. Thirty rolls of film, sixteen greeting card orders *and* a woman wanted 100 reprints done! And this is all to be done by like 2pm? Woah. Just. Woah. I was fried by the time I left. So needless to say *my* job (I am inventory manager, I'm normally not at register or in Photo) didn't get done. But oh well. When there is no bloody help in the store, and there are a gazillion people pulling at you from every direction what do you expect? I have to do what I have to do.
