Hey asshole! Whatever you're doing in your car down below the apartment in the street, turn your freakin' heavy metal music DOWN, goddamnit! The car is sitting there (SUV) with the hatch open, he's here and there, and the music is blaring.

I'm surprised someone hasn't said something yet. Seriously. I'm ready to.

It's done. He was down there almost an hour. Nice and quiet now.

I will turn it down when I go over the bridge at Camino Real just in case you are resting,

LOL! Oh that's not it... we get people drive by all the time and I hear the radio particularly if windows / top down. That isn't a problem at all... it's when they sit outside the building (he lives here) washing car etc... and instead of just having on the music it's at top volume. I mean I could feel the bass up here on the fourth floor.

I'm usually pretty lenient and easy going, but it can get annoying particularly after a long frustrating day and all I want is quiet and calm.

At least my new neighbor is amusing with his loud car stereo. I never believed in time travel before now, but this guy must be straight from the 80s. He has an old Camero, a curly mullet, and listens to nothing but hair metal.... Loud.... It's so funny when I see him out there.
