Spotify... something's missing!
Aug. 28th, 2012 05:53 pmWhat's missing? The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Tool and Metallica for starters. Why are all these bands opting out? It would be great to see their catalogs on there, feels empty without some of these bigger bands.
Paul McCartney is on there, but selectively. McCartney isn't on there in full, and Ram just got added again since the reissue. Only certain songs from the Wings catalog are up to stream as well.
Radiohead is on there minus the last couple of albums. Hmmm.... let's see what else. OH! PINK FLOYD! No Floyd to be found. :( But they've always been very VERY picky anyway. And you can't get the Led out on Spotify, but you CAN listen to some Robert Plant solo including Band of Joy.
I can make playlists with my local files, however, happily. But they aren't shareable.
I'm currently listening to my "favorites" Beatles playlist, which is lovely. Ah well.
